A brushless motor governor, also known as a brushless ESC, is an electronic device used to control the speed of a brushless motor. The working principle of the brushless motor governor is based on the induced potential of the motor and the operating characteristics of the electronic device. The main components of a brushless motor governor include power tubes, control circuits and sensors.

The power tube is the core component of the brushless motor governor and is responsible for controlling the motor current. The control circuit is used to control the working state of the power tube and consists of a control chip, resistors, capacitors and switches. The sensors are used to detect the speed and position of the motor and thus provide feedback to the control circuit.

The working process of a brushless motor governor can be divided into two stages: the motor starting stage and the motor running stage. In the start-up phase, the brushless motor governor outputs a certain amount of current through the control circuit so that the motor starts to rotate. At the same time, the sensor will detect the speed and position of the motor and feed back to the control circuit. According to the feedback from the sensor, the control circuit adjusts the working state of the power tube so that the speed and position of the motor reaches the set value stably.

During the motor running stage, the brushless motor speed controller will adjust the on-time and off-time of the power tubes according to the control signals, thus controlling the speed of the motor. When the load on the motor changes, the sensor will detect the changes in motor speed and position and feed back to the control circuit. The control circuit adjusts the operating state of the power tube according to the feedback information from the sensor, so that the motor speed is stably adapted to the load change.

In summary, the brushless motor governor controls the conduction and off time of the power tubes according to the motor speed and position information fed back by the sensor, adjusts the motor speed and steering, and achieves precise control of the brushless motor. Brushless motor governor has the advantages of fast response time, high control accuracy, low noise, long life, etc. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, automation control, aerospace and other fields.
